 Standard alignment of the H9000 for HREM consists of the following operations (in this order):

 1) Aperture alignment check

 2) Gun alignment

a) gun tilt (x,y)

b) gun horizontal (x,y)

 3) Beam tilt compensation (x,y)

 4) High voltage centering

 5) Coma free beam tilt alignment
