The transfer chamber can store up to 11 individual samples. Samples are trasported among the various other chambers using an extendable transfer arm mounted on a center rotating carosel. Samples may also be elevated to a separate section of the Transfer chamber and loaded into microscope cartrages for analysis in the UHV-H9000 Microscope.
